Roxanna Hollabaugh was elected Treasurer in June 2019, replacing Seema Garoutte who moved to Alaska. Roxanna previously served as Fremont County Republican Secretary for the years 2015 through 2018, Secretary for Congressional District 5 from 2017 through 2018, and as Secretary/Treasurer of House District 60 from 2015 through current time.  She moved to Fremont County in 2011 from Arizona after retiring as Senior Marketing Manager with Thomson Reuters, a global technology company. She and her husband, Richard, live in the Tallahassee area in western Fremont County.  E-Mail

Tom grew up on a farm/ranch in Howard, Colorado. In 2007 Tom returned to Fremont County to farm/ranch after retirement in 2007. He is active in his church where he leads a small group. He is a board member of the Southeastern Colorado Water Conservation District, and the Upper Arkansas Water Conservancy District. Before his retirement from the United States Forest Service, he was the Director of Human Resources for the Rocky Mountain Region, District Ranger in Saguache and served in several leadership positions on the White River National Forest (Glenwood Springs) and the Nebraska National Forest. R. A. “Bob” Dewey and his wife Cynthia moved to Fremont County from their native Louisiana in May 2016, just outside Cañon City overlooking 4 Mile Creek. Bob, a registered Republican since 1968, retired from AT&T in 1998 and served on the LA 7th District Congressional Staff from 2005-2009. Bob and Cynthia are both Board Members at Loaves and Fishes Ministries and joined the Canon City Noon Lions Club in 2017. Bob writes a weekly column entitled “IT’S ALL HAPPENING IN FREMONT COUNTY” in the Fremont County Crusader.  E-Mail
Prior to moving to the Canon City area in September of 2013, Rick and his wife, Mara Jo, were lifelong residents of Indiana. Together they have 4 children, 14 grandchildren. Rick’s work history includes sales and management with Pepsi-Cola Corp. After leaving Pepsi-Cola, he and his wife co-owned Hawkins Custom Cabinet Co. in Indianapolis. He served 6 years as VP and 2 years as president of the Indiana State Chapter of the National Kitchen and Bath Association. Rick’s political experience includes working with the Indiana Republican Party at the grass roots level and serving as an Indiana State Delegate in 2002. After moving to Colorado, he became active in the Fremont County Republican party and served as a PCP for Precinct 11 and a Colorado State Delegate for Fremont County in 2018. E-Mail

Mara Jo was elected to FCRCC as Bonus Member in 2019. She and her husband, Rick, were life-long residents of Indiana prior to moving to the mountains of Cañon City, CO in September 2013. Mara Jo's career history includes 23 years in health-care as a nurse, and 13 years as co-owner/operator of a custom cabinet company. A Constitutional Conservative, she worked at the Republican grass roots level on Indiana state and local campaigns (including that of Mike Pence). She joined the Fremont County Republican Party after moving to Colorado, actively working during the 2018 election for candidates who best represented our Republican values. Her desire is to see Fremont County, conservative-minded citizens work together to effect positive change in our county, state, and nation.   E-Mail
