Seema Garoutte moved to Fremont County in 2006, with her husband Jim, who was born and raised in Canon City. Seema owned her own appraisal business for over 5 years prior to moving here, and currently is Deputy Assessor of Appraisals in the Fremont County Assessors Office.  With her combined family, Seema has 5 boys, 4 grandchildren and 4 granddogs. Seema enjoys spending time with her family, running and crafts in her spare time.  E-Mail
Bonus Member #1 - Barb Pasco
Barb and her husband Bob moved to Park County when Bob was transferred there with the Department of Transportation. Barb worked in the Park County Clerk’s Office for 13 years before becoming the Clerk. She was the Park County Clerk for two successful terms. During her time as County Clerk she served on the Legislative Board of the Colorado County Clerk’s Association, and trained new Clerk’s as they took office. Barb has served on the teller committee at the State and local re-organizational meetings for the last several years. She has served two terms and is still currently a bonus member for the Fremont County Republican Central Committee, volunteers at headquarters and helps with fundraisers and supports our candidates at parades across the state whenever needed. One of her greatest honors was to nominate Doug Lamborn, our United States Congressman, at the 2016 State Assembly.  E-Mail

Tom grew up on a farm/ranch in Howard, Colorado. In 2007 Tom returned to Fremont County to farm/ranch after retirement in 2007. He is active in his church where he leads a small group. He is a board member of the Southeastern Colorado Water Conservation District, and the Upper Arkansas Water Conservancy District. Before his retirement from the United States Forest Service, he was the Director of Human Resources for the Rocky Mountain Region, District Ranger in Saguache and served in several leadership positions on the White River National Forest (Glenwood Springs) and the Nebraska National Forest. Tom has BS degree from Adams State University and a MPA from the University of Colorado.  E-Mail
R. A. “Bob” Dewey and his wife Cynthia moved to Fremont County from their native Louisiana in May 2016, just outside Cañon City overlooking 4 Mile Creek. Bob, a registered Republican since 1968, retired from AT&T in 1998 and served on the LA 7th District Congressional Staff from 2005-2009. Bob and Cynthia are both Board Members at Loaves and Fishes Ministries and joined the Canon City Noon Lions Club in 2017. Bob writes a weekly column entitled “IT’S ALL HAPPENING IN FREMONT COUNTY” in the Fremont County Crusader.  E-Mail
Prior to moving to the Canon City area in September of 2013, Rick and his wife, Mara Jo, were lifelong residents of Indiana. Together they have 4 children, 14 grandchildren. Rick’s work history includes sales and management with Pepsi-Cola Corp. After leaving Pepsi-Cola, he and his wife co-owned Hawkins Custom Cabinet Co. in Indianapolis. He served 6 years as VP and 2 years as president of the Indiana State Chapter of the National Kitchen and Bath Association. Rick’s political experience includes working with the Indiana Republican Party at the grass roots level and serving as an Indiana State Delegate in 2002. After moving to Colorado, he became active in the Fremont County Republican party and served as a PCP for Precinct 11 and a Colorado State Delegate for Fremont County in 2018. E-Mail
