Chairman - Gregory Carlson
Gregory Carlson holds a Masters Degree in Education, and degrees in Economics, Mathematics, and Political Science.  He is a math instructor at Pueblo Community College, and runs a small programming business making games and education software.  Gregory is an Americorps scholar and Alum of Teach for America and was a finalist for the Truman Scholarship.  Gregory is the Current Chairman of Fremont County Republicans, and former Vice Chair of Boulder County Republicans and former campaign manager for Heidi Ganahl for CU Regent and George Leing for Congress. He believes that government is an obstacle to our liberty, and believes that faith, freedom and limited government pave the way to the American Dream.  E-Mail
Vice-Chairman - John Hamrick
John retired with over 35 years of experience in mineral processing, environmental, safety, permit and licensing applications, regulatory compliance, tailings construction and process improvements in copper, uranium and tungsten milling facilities.  He has improved metallurgical, environmental, health and safety performance during his work assignments.  He has testified before Congress on national energy matters and chaired a committee for a national trade organization that dealt with policy and regulation of the uranium industry.  John served in the U.S. Army from 1968 to 1970, and is currently on the Canon City Planning Commission.  John and his wife Marian have been married for 39 years and have three sons, 33, 31 and 23 years old.  E-Mail
Secretary - Roxanna Hollabaugh
Roxanna moved to Fremont County in 2011 following retirement from the corporate work world with a career spanning over 40 years, most recently as Senior Marketing Manager with Thomson Reuters’ Tax & Accounting division representing ONESOURCE Property Tax software.  She has served as Fremont County Republican Central Committee Secretary and as Secretary for Congressional District 5 since 2015; and currently serves as Secretary/Treasurer of AAFFCO, a local charitable organization; and Secretary of HD60. She and her husband, Richard, live in the Tallahassee Creek area of Fremont County with their two horses, two cats and Republican dog, Ben, and recent addition, dog Clementine (we're working on her Republicanism).  E-Mail
Treasurer - Seema Garoutte
Seema Garoutte moved to Fremont County in 2006, with her husband Jim, who was born and raised in Canon City. Seema owned her own appraisal business for over 5 years prior to moving here, and currently is Deputy Assessor of Appraisals in the Fremont County Assessors Office.  With her combined family, Seema has 5 boys, 4 grandchildren and 4 granddogs. Seema enjoys spending time with her family, running and crafts in her spare time.  E-Mail
Bonus Member #1 - Barb Pasco
Barb and her husband Bob moved to Park County when Bob was transferred there with the Department of Transportation. Barb worked in the Park County Clerk’s Office for 13 years before becoming the Clerk. She was the Park County Clerk for two successful terms. During her time as County Clerk she served on the Legislative Board of the Colorado County Clerk’s Association, and trained new Clerk’s as they took office. Barb has served on the teller committee at the State and local re-organizational meetings for the last several years. She has served two terms and is still currently a bonus member for the Fremont County Republican Central Committee, volunteers at headquarters and helps with fundraisers and supports our candidates at parades across the state whenever needed. One of her greatest honors was to nominate Doug Lamborn, our United States Congressman, at the 2016 State Assembly.  E-Mail
Bonus Member #2 - Bill Price
Bill is a retired Warden from the Colorado Department of Corrections, a native of Fremont County and a lifelong member of the Republican party. He was elected as 1 of the 4 bonus members for the Fremont County Republican Central Executive Committee and also appointed as Parliamentarian for FCRCC for the ensuing organizational term in 2017. He has a great appreciation for Harley Davidson motorcycles, antiques, and a love for history. Bill lives in Canon City Colorado with wife, Lynn. In addition to his 30 year career with the Colorado Department of Corrections, Bill is an Auctioneer and currently serves as a Deputy Coroner for Fremont County. He is looking forward to the next election when the Republican Party is successful in placing a Republican as Governor. E-Mail
Bonus Member #3 - Justin Kurth
Justin, his wife Tansey, and their two children live in Canon City and have been residents of Fremont County since 2011. After five years on active duty in the United States Marine Corps, he and his family moved back to Colorado in 2007 where he has attended four of the past five Colorado Republican State Conventions as a delegate, involving himself more passionately each time. In Justin’s professional experience he has worked in air defense, range control, wind energy, corrections, air traffic, water conservation, and as Colorado State Director for a presidential campaign. Since 2011 he has worked as an Emergency Services Dispatcher in Colorado Springs and has run a local lawn care business Yard and Sol, since 2014. Justin has recently been appointed to the Canon City US-50 Pedestrian Bridge Committee and the Fremont County Communities That Care as a Key Leader. FCRCC Vacancy Committee Chairman - Harold Stoker
Richard Hollabaugh moved to Fremont County in 2008 following retirement from a long-time, successful career in commercial construction management. He served as Fremont County Republican chairman from 2015 to 2017. He and his wife, Roxanna, live in the Tallahassee Creek area of Fremont County with their two horses, two cats and Republican dog, Ben, with recent addition, dog Clementine.  E-Mail
Harold Stoker and his wife, Mabel, moved to Cañon City in 1998.  Harold retired from the Union Pacific Railroad with 38 ½ years of service.   Harold served as Vice Chairman for three different terms in the Republican Party and as Treasurer for one term. Harold also currently serves as Volunteer Coordinator for staffing the FCRCC headquarters facility.  E-Mail
